 At checkout you will have a number of shipping options to select from. Shipping is zone-based and dependent upon your order total and geographical location. Below is an overview of the available options.

Free Shipping On Orders Over 160 Euro: Shipping is always free for orders totaling 160.00 Euro or more. Your items will be sent by registered post, which is insured and able to be tracked.
One-Rate Italy: For those of you living here in Italy, we offer this economical option. Your items will be sent by registered post, which is insured and able to be tracked.
First Class Post: A good option for packages of less monetary value. *Please note that while this is an economical option, your package is Un-insured. Customer must accept risk of lost or damaged items.* You can usually expect to receive your purchase within 5-10 days of the shipping date.
Registered Mail: This shipping method is insured and your package can be tracked. You can usually expect to receive your purchase within 7-10 days of the shipping date.
Fed-Ex: Expect to receive your purchase within 2-3 business days of the shipping date. The shipping price you are quoted at checkout for Fed-ex is based on a package weight up to 1 kilogram. (2.2 pounds) In the event that a particular purchase exceeds the weight limit of this price category, we will notify the customer prior to charging their credit card. This shipping method is fully insured.
Store Pick-up: The recommended method if you are planning on visiting our retail store.

If you are in any way unsatisfied with your purchase you may return the item(s) for refund or store credit. Please contact us in advance of returning an item. Returns must be made within 7 days of the date of receipt, in the same condition as sold, including all original packaging. Refunded items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. The restocking fee is waived if you accept store credit in lieu of a refund. Original shipping charges are not refundable. A copy of the invoice and a clear explanation concerning the nature of the return must accompany the returned merchandise.

All jewelry is inspected thoroughly prior to shipment.
