At checkout you will have a number of shipping options
to select from. Shipping options will be presented according to your
geographical location, i.e. the postal address you provide when creating
We use the Royal Post for most of our shipping needs. For those of you
outside the UK, we've provided a brief definition of the international
shipping options provided by the Royal Post:
*Royal Mail Airmail (First Class): Economical, easy to use and fast. Airmail
gives you the power to reach people anywhere in the world. Delivery aim
to Europe is three to five working days. Delivery aim to the rest of the
world is five to seven working days.
*Royal Mail Airsure: Airsure receives priority handling in the UK
and abroad and is generally a day faster than standard Airmail. Airsure®
travels through a separate and secure network. Proof of posting is
provided as standard.
*Royal Mail International Signed For: Reassurance that your mail
has been delivered. International Signed For is available worldwide for
the secure delivery of an item up to 2kg (4.4 lbs).
*Store Pick-up: The recommended method if you are
planning on visiting our retail store and would like to place a
If you are in any way unsatisfied with your purchase you may return the item(s) for refund or store credit. Please contact us in advance of returning an item. Returns must be made within 7 days of the date of receipt, in the same condition as sold, including all original packaging. Refunded items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. The restocking fee is waived if you accept store credit in lieu of a refund. Original shipping charges are not refundable. A copy of the invoice and a clear explanation concerning the nature of the return must accompany the returned merchandise.
